Your Square Meals will arrive cold or frozen to your doorstep. We ship our meals in a recyclable box with 100% compostable insulation. To minimize waste and mess (we don’t use cold packs!), we use dry ice that simply dissipates. Dry ice is placed at the top of the box which will be mostly or totally evaporate by the time it reaches your door.
Place the frozen meals directly into the freezer or in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. Consume any refrigerated product within 14 days of thawing.

Please be cautious and handle any remaining dry ice with gloves. Keep dry ice out of the reach of children. Never eat or swallow dry ice. If dry ice remains, place the box outside in a well ventilated area until it completely dissolves.
