Keep trying!
Research shows that babies may take up to 15 (or more) trials to develop a liking for new foods. Don’t give up. We know it can get frustrating, but it’s worth the effort.
You can also try the food at different temperatures. Heating or serving the meals cold could make a difference in their preference for the new food.
Another trick is to mix in a familiar food that baby loves like peas or sweet potatoes, into a new food like “Minty Greens” or “Mango Coconut Chicken.”
