Our meals are dietitian-designed and chef-approved. We’ve personally developed and taste-tested every recipe. To become a Square Meal, the taste had to be craveable for babies and parents! So, grab some crudité, a pita chip, or a big 'ol spoon and dig in!

Some of our favorite snacking & meal ideas:
- Make a "Beet Berry" or "Blueberry Crush" Smoothie: just add a banana, blend and enjoy!
- "Apple Rosemary Lentils" or "Harvest Feast" Dip: these flavorful Square Meals are great as a dip or spread on toast, meat/poultry, etc.
- "Mango Coconut Chicken" or "Almond Butter & Banana" with crackers, toast, or pita chips. Just dip!
- "Apple Curry Chicken" or "Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie" as as a sauce over rice, quinoa, or noodles. Yum!
