First, we pack every meal with the most nutrition possible.  But naturally, there are some meals that need extra liquid in order to puree them to a consistency for a baby.  


We utilize steam water, bone broth, coconut milk, avocado oil, etc to rehydrate the steamed and roasted fruits, veggies, grains & proteins before pureeing.  


We also DON'T want to add juice to the meal as we don't want our meals to be overly sweet.  We believe adding a little water is the best way to achieve the right puree consistency and the perfect, balanced nutrition.
