When you place your first order, your payment will process immediately and your box will ship on the earliest available day.  

To ensure the freshest meals possible, our logistics team decides the best day to ship to your specific location. This may mean that your box is able to ship out the same day, or it may not start shipping for a few days.


For example, if you place an order later in the week (Thursday-Saturday), your box may not ship until Monday.   Any why the variation? Some areas accept weekend home deliveries while others do not.


Rest assured, our team is on it! They monitor average shipping time, inclement weather, and any potential shipping delays.


You'll receive tracking information via email after it ships. We've noticed that sometimes there is a small delay between when FedEx scans and picks up your package and when the email is sent with tracking info. We'll do whatever we can on our end to make the communications come to you as quickly as possible, but please understand that some things are just outside of our control (darn it). ;)


Every two weeks, your subscription will renew (unless you make any adjustments to your shipment timing, etc). Again, your subscription may renew/process on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, but not ship until Monday.  Please know that our team is working hard to get your meals to you ASAP while working within the parameters of UPS and FedEx.
